Self-Care & Self-Help

Restoring dignity begins with the basics. Our self-care programme provides hygiene supplies, clothing, medical support — including rape kits — and creates a safe, nurturing environment where survivors can begin their healing journey at their own pace.

Counselling & Rehabilitation

Trauma doesn’t end when the violence stops. Our qualified counselling team provides one-on-one and group therapy sessions for both survivors and their children — addressing PTSD, trauma, depression, and rebuilding self-worth over sustained rehabilitation periods.
